Hey there! My name is Rocco Napoli and Im an upper year student at the university of Guelph-Humber currently working towards a dual degree that consists of a Bachelor of Business Administration from the university of Guelph, and a Diploma with an area of emphasis in marketing from Humber College.

I love all things digital and enjoy enhancing my knowledge with emerging industry trends and programs around technology advancements.  Finding nirvana is a special project that I am proud and grateful to be the marketing director for.

Nicolas

Di Maria

Content Manager

I am Nicolas Di Maria.  I am currently in my 4th year at the university of Guelph-Humber studying Business Administration.  I will be graduating in 2021 with a major in management.

My part in this event included contacting presenters that specialized in the science of happiness and positive psychology, researching and finding the items for the toolbox, formulating the activities and choosing the topics to be discussed.  Personally, this event has helped me understand the importance of mental self-care.

When searching up ideas and topics related to the event, it really gave me an opportunity to reflect on what my life has been up to this point and how I can continue moving forward in a better way.  Every week I have learned something new about myself and how I can help myself through difficult times in my life.  After doing all this work, this event is truly special and beneficial for anyone who will be attending it.

Melissa Perry

Functionality Manager

Hiiiiii! My name is Melissa Perry.  Im currently in my final year at the university of Guelph-Humber, pursuing a Bachelor in Business Administration with an emphasis in Business Management.

My part in this event is coordinating and supervising our amazing different sponsorship! Finding Nirvana is something very special to me as mental self-care has always been very important to me.

I always thought it was important for students to have the tools on hand to hand the many obstacles we face through our years in post secondary and even life outside of school. Finding Nirvana is your one-stop event for that, and you definitely don't want to miss it!
